I'm Rachael, lover of all things weddings, special moments and organization.  I have 2 beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband who supports my every dream.  I work an amazing office job through the week, but always knew something was missing.  I started doing wedding events in 2018 and decided to branch out on my own in 2021.  I have over 16 years experience bartending and managing corporate restaurants, and the combined roles have helped with my success as a coordinator.  

IT'S MORE THAN A WEDDING

Working together means more to me than just being there the day of your wedding.  You are choosing me to execute a day that you have only dreamed of.  To share in the special moments, the first looks, the laughs, the moment after you and your partner are married.  I'm there for everything.  I'm there to tell whoever is walking you down the aisle to walk slower and to look you in they eye as they give you away.  I'm there to tell your bridal party to smile and to hype you up at every opportunity.  To be your friend, to be someone you can depend on.

I'm there for your guests.  To make sure each guest is safe while having a great time and staying hydrated in whatever way they may choose.  To make the bar a place to hang out at and not just to stop by for a beverage.  To encourage making memories on the dance floor, and maybe even photobombing a couple pictures.
